As of December 12, 2018, Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. acknowledged the receipt ofthe amount of three hundred thirty million pesos (P330,000,000.00) as cash dividendfrom its wholly-owned subsidiary Philippine Regional Investment DevelopmentCorporation (PRIDE) from the sale of properties belonging to its subsidiaries located atMataas na Bayan, Lemery Batangas.
With receipt of the above mentioned amount, management is studying until January 312019 the possibility of declaring a dividend. Management will then report to the Boardthe results of their study.
