Punta Verde, Cloisters, and Sanctuary Projects

AbaCore’s flagship real estate project, spanning over 100 hectares in barangays Matuco and Pagkilatan, Batangas City, is a unique residential, pilgrimage, and recreational complex located just 30 minutes from the city proper.

Matuco Point

Set against a stunning backdrop with a peak elevation of 180 meters, Matuco Point gently slopes down toward pristine white-sand beaches along the Verde Island Passage. This ecologically rich area is home to spectacular coral reefs and diverse marine life, including over 300 coral species and 60% of the world’s known shorefish species. Haven of Infinity Memorial Garden

The Haven of Infinity Memorial Garden, strategically located on a prime 7.8-hectare property between Lipa City and San Jose, Batangas, is designed to meet the rising demand for premium memorial parks. This project will feature a chapel, crematorium, mortuary, columbarium, and expansive gardens, all with direct access from the national highway. AbaCore has received local government approvals and is currently finalizing environmental compliance requirements.

AbaCore, through its investment in Abacus Global Technovisions, Inc., in which it holds a 9.64% stake, owns interests in two hotels in Batangas City:

Alpa Hotel

A 50-room budget hotel conveniently located near the Provincial Capitol, featuring a fine dining restaurant, conference rooms, function rooms, and a swimming pool with a poolside lounge.

Batangan Plaza

Situated just five minutes from Alpa Hotel, Batangan Plaza offers 36 spacious rooms, a dining hall, and a large conference/reception room that can accommodate up to 750 guests. A popular venue for civic conventions, weddings, and other events, it continues to be a favored choice for celebrations and gatherings in Batangas.
