The company\u2019s investor relations program has for its purpose that of providing a coordinated approach to disseminating company information and making such information easily accessible to stockholders, investors, analysts and the general public. The basic principles underlying the company\u2019s investor relations program are good corporate governance and transparency.<\/p>\n
The company currently has a simple investor relations program whereby internal and external communications are centralized in the Office of the Corporate Secretary who concurrently serves as Investor Relations Officer. Investor inquiries are referred to the latter. Major company announcements are drafted by the Investor Relations Officer and reviewed by the Chairman and the President. Announcements with respect to Board meetings are also previously discussed with the Board of Directors in the course of such meetings.<\/p>\n
