Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. in a Board meeting held on September 7, 2019 approved a contract entered into between wholly-owned subsidiary Omnilines Energy International Network, Inc. and Premiere-Slag. The contracts were signed in Taipei, Taiwan by Mr. Raul de Mesa, current chairman of Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. and former Chairman of the Bank of Commerce, signed several agreements, on behalf of Omnilines with Chairman Feng Yi Lin of Taiwan\u2019s Premiere-Slag International, Inc. to pursue major business ventures involving cement manufacturing and possible participation in construction projects in the Philippines under the Build Build Build program and local government infrastructure projects. Present to support the business venture during the signing were some of Taiwan\u2019s most important Taipans, such as Chairman Wong Wen-yuan, Chairman of the Taiwanese petrochemical and energy giant Formosa Plastics Group and Chairman Pan Chun-Jung of Kung Sing Engineering Corporation, one of Taiwan\u2019s largest construction and engineering firms. Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas of Batangas Province, where the joint venture projects will primarily be based, was also present during the event.
